Notice on Loss or Theft of Personal Information

We found out that the personal information in our possession was lost.
We would like to deeply apology for any inconvenience to our customers and all concerned this may cause.

Background

In October 1, 2010, one of our employees tried to send the official copy of the registration of corporation and some of our internal documents to the relevant department by fax in order to confirm the content of these documents but that was sent to a wrong place.
On the following day, the recipient of the document contacted us and found out that that was sent to the wrong place.

We collected the document from the recipient and reported the incident to the relevant customers and offered them apologies for the incident.
We promise to educate our employees about how to handle the personal information in order to avoid recurrence.

Background

On May 22, 2008, one of our employees lost a bag enclosing the order form for maintenance of our customer's house in Asaka City, Saitama, on the way back home.
On the same day, we reported the incident to the relevant policy station and asked to search it around the area. At the moment, there is no secondary incident this may cause.

Background

On April 21, 2008, one of our employees received a copy of the driving license of our customer in order to identify the person who got involved in the sales and purchase agreement in terms of our property and took it back with him to our sales office. On the following day, we found out that the copy was lost.

Background

On May 27, 2007, we sent the document stating the personal information of our customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Document") to the intermediate agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and later on, we were notified by the Company that the Document did not arrive at the destination.
We asked the Company to check whether the Document arrived or not one more time, but could not find it. On June 18, 2007, we asked the Japan Post to conduct an investigation related to postal accident.
On June 26, 2007, we received a report stating that the Japan Post could not find out the whereabouts the Document and the cause of non-arrival leading to the loss of the personal information of our customer.

Development after the incident

The personal information lost was found on July 15, 2007. We did not lose the personal information of our customer but we shall make the best efforts to avoid recurrence in the future. We would like to apology for any inconvenience to the customer and all concerned this may cause.
