On behalf of the employees of ARNEST ONE,
I would like to express our appreciation for your continuing support and encouragement.
ARNEST ONE’s initial business was construction, after which we then expanded in scope and focused on the real estate sector, specializing in condominiums and single-family homes.
In 2005, listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, we reached net sales of ¥200.0 billion per annum. More specifically, in the fiscal year ended March 2026, we reported net sales of ¥271 billion and declared income of ¥18 billion. In terms of volume, 8,965 single-family houses and 622 condominium units were delivered to owners over the same period. From the fiscal year 2002 to March 2026, we sold a total of 180,626 single-family houses and 21,487 condominium units. This remarkable achievement would not have been made possible without your support.
In fiscal 2013, through management integration with Hajime Construction Co., Ltd.; Iida Sangyo Co., Ltd.; Toei Jutaku Co., Ltd.; Tact Home Co., Ltd.; and Idi Home Co., Ltd., we have become a comprehensive housing and real estate group operating on a global scale. More than ever before, we will strive to create living environments where more people can live happily and contribute to building a prosperous society.
We strive to meet our corporate philosophy of “assisting as many families as possible to own their dream home” and will continue to fulfill every ARNEST ONE homeowner's dream to live with great pride and satisfaction.
